Objectives:

•The Department of Foundation Year Course is available to all students who have high school qualification from secondary schools all over the country especially every campus of BELTEI International School to pursue the Foundation Year Course for one year and continue to study following years of bachelor’s programs base on major that they prefer and choose for their future career path objective.

•BELTEI International University offers students with up-to-date curriculum that equips students with general knowledge which is the foundation allowing them to continue to higher education by selecting 4 educational factors such as Arts and Humanities, Information Technology, Social Sciences, and English. In semester 2, we provide students with oriented subjects so that they have strong basic educational background helping prepare them for smooth transition to their bachelor’s degree of the major they intend to pursue.

•Upon completion of Foundation Year Course, students will be awarded certificate issued by BELTEI International University in Cambodia. Students are eligible continue to year 2 at any university in the country and even to some universities abroad that have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BELTEI.

The Department of Foundation Year Course of BELTEI International University plays a vital role in running the foundation year course effectively in accordance with national and international standards as well as accredited by regional universities and other leading university elsewhere around the world.

Mission

•To effectively manage and develop a sustainable Department of Foundation Year Course.

•To provide students with fundamental knowledge of theories and practices as well as oriented subjects for building their capacity of their specific skills in the following years of the bachelor's degree.

•Lecturers have rich educational experience English,Computer, technical science and skill; included modern facilities to promote the quality of learning.

•To provide students with national program (bilingual language = Khmer and English) and International Program (English 100%) to purse the higher education.

With clear vision and mission, we strongly believe that upon the completion of foundation year course, students will receive an education with high quality making them qualified enough to continue their study to higher education level in both national and international universities effectively in the future.
